Bria Smith is an associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group. She focuses her practice on qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation, and other related matters.
Bria earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law where she served as editor-in-chief for the Temple Law Review. Before joining Alston & Bird, Bria served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Theodore A. McKee at the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals and a legal intern for Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division.
