As Alston & Bird’s Chief Administrative Partner, Glenn Patton is responsible for leading the firm’s finance, marketing and business development, information technology, human resources, and administrative functions, and assisting the Managing Partner and governing Partners Committee with strategic direction and lateral partner acquisitions.
In addition to his firm leadership role, Glenn has 27 years of experience as a leading labor and employment lawyer, appearing in the 2015–2024 editions of The Best Lawyers in America®, including being recognized as “Lawyer of the Year” for management-side employment work in Atlanta for 2020–2021. Glenn has also been recognized as a leading employment lawyer by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business since 2006.
