Nathan Neerhof

• Drafted an application for emergency protective measures in international contractual dispute regarding a financial matter. 
• Helped prepare a third-party subpoena response in a matter regarding an academic institution’s employment practices and workplace environment. 
• Assisted in negotiating a settlement agreement with the International Commodities Exchange that saved the client over $450,000. 

Nathan Neerhof is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Litigation Practice Group. Before joining the firm, Nathan was a judicial intern for the Honorable Magistrate John A. Kazen of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, assisting with civil matters. 

Nate received his J.D. from the University of California Berkeley School of Law where he worked on the Ecology Law Quarterly, served as the VP of external affairs for the Environmental Law Society, advocated in the East Bay Community Law Center, and was co-president of the First-Generation Professionals group. He received his B.A, summa cum laude, in philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
