Rachel Myers is an associate in the Financial Services Group and a member of the Consumer Financial Services Team. Rachel advises banks and financial services providers on federal and state banking laws, corporate transactions, securities regulations, and corporate governance.
Before joining the firm, Rachel was an intern for the U.S. Department of Justice Tax Division in Washington, D.C., and for District Judge Richard L. Young, Magistrate Judge Matthew P. Brookman, and Clerk of Court Laura A. Briggs at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Before law school, she worked as a program associate for the Middle East & North Africa Division of the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative. She also taught English in Russia as a Fulbright Program grant recipient.
Rachel earned her J.D. and her M.A. in Russian and East European area studies from Indiana University. She earned her B.A. in political science from The College of Wooster.
