• Conducted a large multinational review of targeted advertising policies and in‐app settings across a range of global social media companies and audio streaming providers.
• Advised a global music FinTech company on the establishment and management of key corporate and contractual procedures to streamline its global operations.

Arabella Murrison is an associate in Alston & Bird’s London office and member of the firm’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group. She advises both public and private companies on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, intra-group reorganizations, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work.

Before joining the firm, Arabella completed her training contract at an international law firm, where she advised companies operating across a range of industries including media and entertainment, technology, hospitality, insurance, and private equity.
