Madeline Moriarty focuses her practice on handling commercial litigation matters. Before joining the firm, Madeline served as a trial unit intern at the Federal Public Defender’s office for the Middle District of Tennessee and was an intern at the ACLU of Tennessee. She gained experience conducting legal research, attending hearings, drafting legal documents, and drafting communications for a voting rights project.
Madeline earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School and was an articles editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. She was a member of the Women’s Law Student Association, and vice president of the Prospective Student Committee. Madeline received her B.A. in political science from Kenyon College.
