Sarah McClellan

• Representing investment banks in complex structures including SFR, options contracts, and traditional repurchase facilities.
• Working with funds on borrower side financings.
• Worked with FreeFrom on domestic violence and economic abuse survey on behalf of pro bono clients.

Sarah McClellan is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Finance Group. Sarah focuses her practice on structured and warehouse finance, working with different parties in the purchase, sale, and warehousing of numerous financial assets.

Before law school, Sarah worked at the Yale School of Management, where she most recently served as the assistant director of global initiatives. Sarah earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she was associate editor of the Cardozo Law Review. She earned her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Florida where she majored in English and minored in history and educational studies.
