Jason Levin, a member of Alston & Bird’s Environment, Land Use & Natural Resources Group, focuses his practice on products liability and toxic torts, class actions, environmental litigation, and false advertising claims. An established first-chair trial attorney, Jason enjoys the challenge of reducing complex issues to understandable concepts for judges and juries alike in both his oral advocacy and writing.
