Brian Laine concentrates his practice on all aspects of corporate restructuring and helps guide lenders, debtors, asset purchasers, and other parties-in-interest in bankruptcy and out of court restructurings. He services clients across a diverse range of industries such as real estate, finance, retail, and hospitality.
Brian previously served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Vincent F. Papalia in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Brian earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he was an executive editor for the Rutgers University Law Review and a member of the Hunter Moot Court Competition. While in law school, Brian served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Noel L. Hillman in the District Court of New Jersey.
