- Defended a national health care distributor in federal multidistrict litigation and parallel state cases brought by state attorneys general and municipality plaintiffs in California, Maryland, Vermont, Washington, Ohio, and West Virginia.

- Defended a health care provider in multiple state and federal class actions alleging privacy violations based on the collection of patient data.
- Defended a health care business-processes provider against claims involving breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation in AAA arbitration and appeal that involved a three-week arbitration hearing.
