Lindsay Klein represents lenders in structured finance transactions, particularly the purchase, sale, and warehousing of a wide range of asset classes, including residential, commercial, and multifamily mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, and single-family rental properties.
Lindsay received her J.D., with honors, from The George Washington University Law School. While in law school, she was the senior managing editor of The George Washington Law Review and a Dean’s Fellow of the Legal Research and Writing Program. Lindsay served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Joseph A. Dickson, U.S. magistrate judge for the District of New Jersey, after her first year of law school. She received her B.A. from The College of New Jersey, where she majored in English and minored in managerial accounting and law, politics, and philosophy.
