Clayton Kinsey focuses his practice on handling complex commercial litigation matters. Before joining the firm, Clayton externed with the Hon. Diane Humetewa for the District of Arizona.
Clayton received his J.D., cum laude, from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he was awarded membership into the Order of Barristers through his participation in national moot court competitions. During his time at Arizona State University, Clayton earned three certificates specializing in Indian Law, law & sustainability, and trial advocacy. Clayton also served as a staff writer and blog editor for the Arizona State Law Journal, as well as the career development chair for the Native American Law Students Association. He received his B.A. in interdisciplinary studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
