Jordan Jensen is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Financial Services Group. She advises banking and payments clients on a range of transactional and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and matters related to the issuance, acceptance, and processing of payments-related products and services.
Jordan earned her J.D., cum laude with a business concentration, from Texas A&M University School of Law. During law school, Jordan served as the managing editor of the Texas A&M Journal of Property Law and on the board of Phi Delta Phi legal honor society. She earned her B.A. in English and sociology from the University of Texas at Austin.
