- Preparing and reviewing HIPAA business associate agreements, policies and procedures, privacy notices, and training materials, and assisting with implementing firewalls between the benefit and personnel departments.
- Negotiating and reviewing administrative service agreements.
- Assisting clients responding to audits and inquiries conducted by the IRS, DOL, and HHS.
