Douglas Harris is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Financial Restructuring & Reorganization Group.
Douglas earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2019. He was a staff editor for the Duke Journal of Constitution Law & Public Policy and Duke Law & Technology Review, while publishing articles for both. He also served as a member of the mock trial board. While in law school, Douglas worked as a law clerk for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.
Before law school, Douglas earned his B.A., magna cum laude, in philosophy and psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he was the president of Phi Alpha Delta, a pre-law organization.
