Jamye Graham is a director of financial consulting and forensic accounting for Alston Financial Consulting Services. She provides Alston & Bird attorneys with various types of accounting and finance support services related to matters such as forensic accounting, advising on GAAP accounting issues, and acting as a liaison with outside financial experts. Jamye also assists her clients with accounting and finance issues resulting from securities violations, breach of contract, patent and trade dress infringement, consumer litigation, purchase price disputes and compliance with GAAP, and calculating monetary damages using methodologies such as lost profits and reasonable royalty approaches.
Before Alston & Bird, Jamye was a manager in the dispute analysis and investigations group in the Atlanta office of PricewaterhouseCoopers. She provided accounting and financial consulting services to companies in a variety of industries. Jamye was regularly involved in investigating financial accounting irregularities and misappropriation of assets on behalf of audit committees, companies, and other special committees. Her investigation experience includes assisting companies with the evaluation of their compliance with antibribery and corruption provisions of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, identifying fraudulent schemes, determining ways of correcting/reconstructing the financial data, and analyzing the misuse/personal use of company funds.
She obtained her B.S. in business administration in 1999 and her M.Acc. in 2000 from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
