Walter Goss is an associate in Alston & Bird’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group. He advises public and private companies across a variety of industries as they seek to merge, acquire, divest, or raise capital.
Walter is recognized by Lawyers of Color, a nonprofit devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession, on its “Hot List 2023.”
Walter obtained his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he also earned a business and law certificate. Walter graduated, summa cum laude, with a B.A. in economics and political science from Mississippi State University.
