Nilofer Dowden focuses her practice on a range of employment and immigration matters. She has experience helping companies navigate DOL audits, ICE investigations, and employee visa issues. Before joining the firm, Nilofer was a legal extern for the Minnesota Attorney General Office, where she delivered comprehensive support in expungement cases.
Nilofer earned her J.D. from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and with a certificate in conflict resolution theory and practice. While is law school, she sat on the board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and mentored incoming students from underrepresented backgrounds. Nilofer received her undergraduate degree from Kennesaw State University, majoring in political science.
