- Advised the Whitley family in the acquisition of the Old Edwards Hospitality Group, a collection of upscale hotels, golf courses, and restaurants in Highlands, NC.
- Represented an Italian food equipment manufacturer in a $3.5 billion take private acquisition and topping bid of an NYSE-traded competitor, including a $1.6 billion antitrust divestiture division carve-out.
- Represented White Cap Supply Holdings in numerous transactions, including the acquisitions of CSI Geoturf, Diamond Tool & Fasteners, Inc., Valley Cash & Carry, Inc., Tri-Boro Construction Supplies, Inc., Form Tech Concrete Forms, Inc., Reno Hardware & Supply, Crimson Steel Supply, and B&R Reinforcing, and the sale of its Contractors’ Warehouse business.
- Represented Select Interior Concepts Inc., a premier distributor of interior building products, in its $411 million sale to an affiliate of global private equity firm Sun Capital Partners Inc.
- Represented Forrest Machining, Inc., a leading provider of critical structural components and assemblies for the aerospace and defense industry, in its sale to Endeavour Capital.
- Represented Specialty Building Products (f/k/a U.S. LUMBER Group LLC), a specialty building materials distributor, in its acquisition of Texas-based DW Distribution Inc., a leading regional distributor of building materials and millwork products.
- Represented Select Interior Concepts Inc., a premier installer and distributor of interior building products, in the $215 million sale of its residential design services segment to Interior Logic Group, a portfolio company of Blackstone.
- Advised MMIS Inc. (d/b/a MediSpend), a global technology company providing best-in-class solutions for the life sciences industry, in obtaining a majority investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity LLC. Before the transaction, MediSpend was a portfolio company of EDG Partners Fund II LP.
