Constance Couch focuses her practice on a variety of litigation matters. Before joining the firm, Constance served as a student attorney for the Barton Juvenile Defender Clinic, where she and her team successfully represented a client in an education matter from trial to appeal, resulting in a favorable decision from the Georgia State Board of Education. Constance received her J.D., with honors, from the Emory University School of Law, where she served as president of the Emory Christian Legal Society and served on the executive board of the Emory Public Interest Committee. At Emory, she received the 2024 Eliza Ellison Prize for Leadership in Law and Religion given by the Center for the Study of Law and Religion.
Constance attended Liberty University, where she received her B.S. in industrial organizational psychology, summa cum laude. At Liberty, she was the first woman to be elected as student body president in the school’s history.
