Siena Cornacchini is a senior associate in Alston & Bird’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group. She counsels public and private companies on various securities compliance, governance issues, and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining the firm, Siena interned for a non-profit legal services organization, which provides pro bono services to refugee and immigrant children in the greater New York City area.
