She has defended class actions and mass tort cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including industrial services, medical device, contract sterilization, pharmaceutical, electronics, financial services, transportation, telecommunications, cosmetics, food, nutritional supplements, and other types of consumer and industrial products. She has served as national coordinating counsel in a variety of nationwide putative class actions and mass tort lawsuits filed in federal and state courts.
Beth has defended complex litigation involving significant personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage arising out of mass accidents. Beth also works with clients in the supply chain of regulated industries to identify and manage legal risk, partnering with clients to execute on their business goals.
Beth has handled all stages of class, tort, and products liability litigation from massive document discovery to depositions, briefing, in-court argument, and jury trials. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
