Ethan Calhoun’s practice involves representation of debtors, creditors, and other interested parties in nearly all aspects of bankruptcy and corporate restructuring matters. Ethan has experience servicing clients from a wide range of industries such as finance, real estate, and health care.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Ethan served as a law clerk to the Hon. Laurie Selber Silverstein, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and the Hon. Bess M. Parrish Creswell, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
Ethan earned his J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law where he was a member of the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team and president of the Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society. Ethan also served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Jennifer H. Henderson of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
