- Represented a retail corporation and its subsidiaries in numerous lawsuits brought pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65) filed throughout California for allegedly exposing consumers to chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive harm, including lead, cadmium, and titanium dioxide.
