Sam Burdick represents clients facing a variety of complex commercial litigation issues, including consumer class actions, business-to-business disputes, food and beverage labeling and advertising, California’s Proposition 65, and privacy and data security. Sam counsels clients throughout all phases of litigation, including pre-trial discovery, dispositive motion practice, class certification, trial preparation, trial, and post-judgment proceedings. Sam is recognized in the 2025 “Ones to Watch” lists by The Best Lawyers in America® for her work in commercial litigation.
Before joining the firm, Sam was in-house for a leading ice cream manufacturer, providing strategic guidance on all commercial, regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters. While earning her J.D., with honors, from the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, Sam served as an associate editor of the Pepperdine Law Review. She received a B.S., cum laude, in psychology with a minor in sociology from Santa Clara University.
