Nicole Brown is an associate in the Wealth Planning and Exempt Organizations Group. She concentrates her practice on areas of estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and exempt organizations. Nicole advises individuals, families, and fiduciaries on estate planning strategies and estate administration procedures and counsels exempt organizations on a variety of issues, including formation, tax, and operational matters.
Nicole earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as note editor for the Georgia Law Review and service chair for the Christian Legal Society. She received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, in social work from the University of Georgia and served as president for the Phi Alpha Social Work Honor Society and vice president for the Women Pre-Law Students Association. Nicole also participated in the Student Government Association as the senator of the School of Social Work.
