Alex Brown focuses his complex commercial litigation and investigations practice on high-stakes antitrust, consumer protection, data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and telecommunications matters. Alex has spent 15 years representing corporate plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, including class actions and multidistrict litigation, as well as arbitration (international and domestic), and before the International Trade Commission. He also focuses his practice on representing clients navigating Federal Trade Commission, Department of Justice, and state attorney general investigations. Alex leverages this experience to counsel large corporations, national membership organizations, nonprofits, and smaller companies in a variety of areas, including commercial disputes, AI, and compliance with antitrust, telecommunications, consumer protection, data privacy, and cybersecurity regulations and guidelines.
