Kristen Bromberek focuses her practice on representing clients in international commercial arbitrations, investor-state arbitrations, and domestic arbitrations involving a range of industries, including technology, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, and health care. She has represented clients in international arbitrations seated in the U.S., Europe, Africa, and Asia under the rules of various arbitral institutions.
Kristen’s practice also includes domestic litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country. Kristen regularly represents clients in high-stakes commercial disputes in various jurisdictions, as well as in domestic litigation involving arbitration matters, such as arbitration award enforcement and other post-award proceedings. Kristen also has substantial experience in disputes involving intellectual property, F/RAND obligations, and complex valuation matters, both in arbitration and litigation.
Kristen received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Kristen earned her B.S., summa cum laude, in business administration, with a major in economics from the University of Florida.
