Brooke Bolender focuses her practice on trial litigation, with an emphasis on class action and other complex commercial litigation. Brooke represents clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of state and federal court litigation, including class actions, contract disputes, data privacy actions, unfair competition and false advertising claims, shareholder suits, and products liability litigation. She assists clients from a range of industries, such as health care, life insurance, financial services and products, manufacturing, retail, and real estate. Brooke is recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® for Commercial Litigation. Brooke currently serves on the firm’s Los Angeles Office Pro Bono Committee and Hiring Committee.
Before joining Alston & Bird, Brooke earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine School of Law and received Faculty Awards for the highest grade in Evidence, Constitutional Law, and Federal Courts, as well as a Dean’s Award for the second highest grade in Remedies. She served on the UC Irvine Law Review’s executive board as the senior articles editor. Before that, Brooke earned her B.A. in political science, cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego.
