Becky Blackwell began her career in the technology industry more than 35 years ago, managing in-house computer systems and designing data-management systems for civil engineering firms. She has studied computer programming and uses this combined education and experience to provide her clients with a superior level of technological support. Becky joined Alston & Bird in 2001 and since then has gained valuable in-house experience as an e-discovery project manager and consultant.
Becky has advised and collaborated with her client teams on hundreds of complex litigation matters across multiple areas of law. She provides her client teams with full support in all aspects of data management and review, such as creating and maintaining databases, supporting and managing workflows she has specifically tailored to each matter’s objectives, assisting in the management of document reviews, training her teams in the efficient use of technology, and developing case budgets and projections. Becky is proficient in Relativity, Concordance, IPRO, and various other litigation technologies.
