Jasmine Becerra focuses her practice on health care litigation, government investigations, and complex civil litigation. Before joining the firm, Jasmine served as a term clerk to the Hon. J. P. Boulee of the Northern District of Georgia.
Jasmine has represented a variety of clients in the health care industry including health plans, hospital systems, laboratories, and pharmaceutical companies. Her experience ranges from payor-provider disputes and health care fraud investigations to complex commercial litigation.
Jasmine earned her J.D. summa cum laude from the Georgia State University College of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While attending law school, she earned a certificate in health law and served as an associate student writing editor for the GSU Law Review. Jasmine also worked as a student intern at the Health Law Partnership (HeLP) Legal Services Clinic and as a research assistant at the Georgia Health Policy Center.
