Shazell Archer is an associate in the Finance Group on the Structured and Warehouse Finance Team. She represents lenders, borrowers, issuers, and originators in the securitization and financing of various asset classes in the structured finance market.
Shazell earned her J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law, where she was editor-in-chief of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, secretary of Environmental Law Advocates, and alumni relations co-chair of the Black Law Students Association. Shazell interned with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and with the Manhattan DA’s Office. She received her B.S., cum laude, in environmental science and sustainability from Cornell University.
