Lindsey Alhadef is a senior associate with Alston & Bird’s Finance Group. She represents lending institutions and investors in a variety of domestic and international finance transactions, including acquisition financings, mezzanine and subordinated debt financings, secured and unsecured lending, second-lien financings, and cash-flow and asset-based financings.
Lindsey also counsels clients in the health care industry through public debt offerings and various business transactions. She has served as bond counsel, borrower’s counsel, and underwriter’s counsel for general obligation and revenue financings involving hospitals, nursing facilities, and retirement facilities.
Lindsey earned her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, where she served as staff editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, And Energy Law, and communications liaison for the Women’s Law Caucus. She received her B.A. in government, magna cum laude, from The University of Texas at Austin.
