Healthy Byte: DEA Again Extends Flexibilities for Prescribing Controlled Substances Via Telemedicine

The Drug Enforcement Administration and Department of Health and Human Services released a temporary rule, Third Temporary Extension of COVID-19 Telemedicine Flexibilities for Prescription of Controlled Medications, that extends telemedicine flexibilities for prescribing controlled medications through December 31, 2025.
