Kim Peretti, partner and co-chair of Alston & Bird’s Privacy, Cyber & Data Strategy Team and National Security & Digital Crimes Team, and Kate Hanniford, partner in the firm’s Privacy, Cyber & Data Strategy Team, have again been named to Cybersecurity Docket’s 2025 “Incident Response 50.”
This marks the ninth year that Kim has been recognized among this select group of leaders in security incident management and data breach response. She was previously named to Cybersecurity Docket’s “Incident Response 30” in 2016, 2018, 2019, and 2020; “Incident Response 40” in 2021 and 2022; and “Incident Response 50” in 2023 and 2024.
This is the second year that Kate has been recognized by Cybersecurity Docket’s “Incident Response 50.”
