Alston & Bird Bolsters M&A and Private Equity Practice with Two Partners in New York

Alston & Bird has strengthened its leading Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity teams with the addition of two partners in the firm’s New York office.

David Grimes focuses his practice on cross-border and domestic M&A, principally for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, securities, and commercial and restructuring transactions. Patrick Rowe concentrates his practice on private equity transactions and domestic and international mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of industries.

With more than 30 years of experience, David represents companies and private equity funds in acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures, as well as venture funds and financial institutions. He counsels clients from diverse industries, including the media & entertainment, life sciences, financial services, and industrial sectors.
