Alston & Bird advised the U.S. Soccer Federation on the acquisition, development, and financing of its national training center in Fayette County, GA, including a $200 million tax-exempt bond financing through the Fayette County Development Authority. The project includes a new headquarters and athletic development facility, soccer operations facilities, indoor and outdoor fields, and the physical infrastructure to support and operate these facilities.
