Alston & Bird has once again been ranked among America’s top adoption-friendly workplaces, marking 17 consecutive years that the firm has been recognized nationally as a leader in employee adoption benefits.
In the 2023 survey of the “Top 100 Adoption-Friendly Workplaces” by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, Alston & Bird ranks No. 22 overall and No. 10 among companies with the best leave programs.
The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption has been publishing its top adoption-friendly workplaces annually since 2007. Based on surveys completed by employers, the listed companies are determined by an analysis of financial reimbursement, paid leave, and employee eligibility offered to families who adopt.
