Alston & Bird secured a clean-sweep jury verdict for its clients Redfin and Matterport in patent litigation before Judge Albright in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division.
After a short deliberation, the jury returned a verdict that all 10 asserted claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 9,836,885, 10,102,673, 10,510,111, and 10,592,973 are invalid and not infringed by Redfin’s 3D Walkthrough tours powered by Matterport.
