Alston & Bird has earned national recognition among general counsel as a leader in client service in a new study by BTI Consulting Group.
In the “BTI Client Service A-Team 2021,” Alston & Bird ranked No. 35 out of more than 280 firms represented in the survey, marking the 11th consecutive year that clients have singled out the firm for its service excellence.
The BTI survey measures firms across 17 attributes that general counsel say are essential to delivering superior client service and driving the best relationships. Alston & Bird scored client rankings in all categories, including three new ones added by BTI as being mission-critical and highly differentiating to clients during the pandemic. The new attributes focus on mobilizing resources and quickly assessing client issues, where Alston & Bird was ranked a “standout,” and fielding the absolute best team, where the firm achieved “leader” status.
The BTI report is based on interviews with more than 350 general counsel and other top legal decision-makers at companies earning at least $700 million in annual revenue and spanning more than 15 industries, including financial services, health care, and insurance.
