Adam Swain is quoted on a ruling by the U.S. International Trade Commission in favor of client Universal Electronics  Inc. in patent litigation with Roku.

(HGL), a subsidiary of China Grand Enterprises Inc., scored a hat trick of victories before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
