Alston & Bird client Clearview Capital LP has announced the completion of three acquisitions by portfolio companies Pyramid Healthcare Inc., Controlled Products LLC, and Nielsen-Kellerman Inc.
In the first transaction, Pyramid Healthcare acquired Freedom Detox Inc., a residential substance withdrawal management program in Gastonia, NC. It is Pyramid’s fourth behavioral health care acquisition in North Carolina since 2012.
In the second deal, Controlled Products acquired a majority stake in Purchase Green, a specialized distributor of premium quality synthetic turf.
In the third transaction, Nielsen-Kellerman acquired Ambient Weather, a leader in weather station and environmental monitoring instruments.
Based in Stamford, CT, Clearview Capital specializes in the acquisition and recapitalization of middle-market companies in a broad range of industries, including health care, business services, manufacturing, and specialized distribution. The firm has completed more than 100 transactions since its founding in 1990.
