Alston & Bird has been named to the inaugural Forbes survey of “America’s Top Trusted Corporate Law Firms” as one of the country’s “most recommended” firms in antitrust and competition law.
Conducted in collaboration with analytics firm Statista, the survey recognizes 243 U.S. firms across 17 different practice areas.
In addition to earning the survey’s highest distinction in antitrust and competition – one of only seven firms to be recognized in this area of law – Alston & Bird was noted for its work in banking, labor and employment, litigation and dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.
As described by Forbes, the survey results “include not only names well-known in the corporate and legal worlds – white-shoe law firms and members of London’s so-called ‘magic circle’ of top law firms – but also boutique firms that focus on very specific branches of the law.”
Approximately 95,000 lawyers in private practice and in-house were invited to participate in the survey, and 2,500 responded. Each survey participant was able to select certain areas of law in which to make recommendations. The law firms that received the most recommendations were included on the list. When a firm received a higher number of recommendations than the average for a specific practice, it was awarded a “most recommended” designation.
