Alston & Bird has been named one of the top places to work in the Capital Region by The Washington Post.
The firm was one of 150 D.C.-area employers to earn recognition in The Post’s 2018 “Top Workplaces” survey and the only AmLaw 100 firm ranked in the study’s midsize company category.
Based solely on employee survey feedback, the survey gathered responses in seven areas, including firm leadership, organizational values, and workforce engagement. More than 2,800 employers in the region were invited to participate in the survey, with 341 organizations and 57,184 of their employees responding.
This is the fifth year of the survey, which is administered by Energage, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.
