Jennifer Cieluch will join the March 31 panel “Public Interest Considerations In 337 Investigations and Decisions: Examining the Effect of Relief on the ‘Public Health and Welfare’” to assess the impact of public interest factors in ITC investigations and provide insights on related subject matter.
