Brian Harvel will join the June 13 panel “Start-Ups and New Businesses: Tax Planning for Long Term Success” during this multiday conference hosted by the American Bar Association.
This panel will address the most common and puzzling issues with startup companies in Latin America such as choice of entity, founder/shareholder tax planning, venture funding, initial public offerings and other special tax regimes issues (e.g., U.S. PFIC rules).
