Tery Gonsalves and Chaka Patterson are speaking on the “Borrower Defense to Repayment: What You Need to Know Now” panel at the 2022 Career Education Convention hosted by Career Education Colleges and Universities. The panel will examine the Department of Education’s decision in February 2022 to apply the BDR rule to an open school and provide insight on what institutions can do to protect themselves from potential liability.
