Jennifer Aguilar will speak at the Payments Innovation Alliance Spring Meeting – June 2022 sponsored by the National Automated Clearing House Association (Nacha).
Jennifer's session will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Central. Her session will speak to the application of Regulation E to credit push payments as well as with checks and remote deposit capture. There is a considerable amount of fraud in this area and it will make for lively debate among a regulator, bank and payments lawyer during this event.
