Former Justice Keith Blackwell will be speaking on “Developing Successful Constitutional and Statutory Arguments for an Originalist and Textualist Court” at the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ Fall 2021 Seminar. He will cover the basics of originalism and textualism, as they are understood and applied by the Georgia Supreme Court and discuss how best to frame and develop arguments on questions of constitutional and statutory meaning.
