Kim Peretti will speak at the May 17 session “It's Been a Privilege to Serve You–A Mock Hearing” during this virtual conference. This session will cover the following objectives:
- Learn if and how the report of a forensic examination of a compromised system can be declared privileged
- Learn if using the forensic report to mitigate the vulnerabilities exploited in the attack would affect its privileged status
- Learn if and how a report of penetration test results can be declared privileged
Kim will present at the May 18 session “Defend Forward: Moving Toward Coordinated Active Cyber Response.” This session will explore a variety of improvements needed in information sharing and public/private partnerships, along with clear rules of engagement for active cyber response.
