Ryan Kelly will serve on the panel “New World for Resolving Transfer Pricing Disputes.” The panel will discuss how to resolve transfer pricing disputes in light of enforcement trends, IRS campaigns, recent APMA, and case law developments and OECD BEPS project considerations.
